The Cooperation between Khwarizmi Technology Development Company and Sirjan Jahan Steel Complex entered a new phase by signing a new contract for production and delivery of DRI reforming catalysts.
According to Khwarizmi Public Relations, due to the high quality and performance of Khwarizmi catalysts in other huge DRI plants that have achieved many production records, FooladTechnic International Engineering Company, as the consultant and contractor of Sirjan Jahan Steel’s DRI Mega Module Project, signed the contract for production and delivery of DRI Reforming Catalysts of this huge project, with Khwarizmi Technology Development Company.
Sirjan Jahan Steel plans to build 7 new plants. These projects include three DRI with a capacity of 3,760,000 tons of sponge iron, three steel factories with a capacity of three million tons of steel ingots per year, and a rolling mill and coiling line with a capacity of 600,000 tons of rolling products.
Before this contract, Sirjan Jahan Steel had been placed an order to supply of its required desulfurization adsorbents from Khwarizmi, which recorded a high performance in this complex.
