Khwarizmi’s DRI catalysts were successfully loaded in module E of Mobarakeh Steel Complex.
According to Khwarizmi’s public relations, the collaboration of Khwarizmi Technology Development and Mobarakeh Steel Complex has a long and successful history. Currently, 3 modules of MSC’s DRI units (including Kharrazi Mega-Module B, Module B and Module C) are using Khwarizmi Technology Development Company catalysts with a great performance, according to the MSC’s reports.
Due to the great performance of Khwarizmi DRI catalysts, MSC decided to load Khwarizmi catalysts in module E of this complex. Therefore, within a week, a seven-member team of Khwarizmi experts attended this complex and successfully supervised the whole loading process of module E, which included 432 tubes. Now, this module is back into production with Khwarizmi catalysts.
Also, in the latest report of the Mobarakeh Steel Complex, they announced that evaluating the MSC’s production performance of the autumn quarter of 1402 in different sectors indicates that the sponge iron production capacity of DRI units in the fall of 1401 is 1,743,000 tons and with 3.9% growth increased to 1,812,000 tons in the same period of 1402.
