Desulphurization adsorbents of Khwarizmi set a new record in Gohar DRI plant.

According to Khwarizmi Public Relations, Gol Gohar Iron and Steel Development Company one of the subsidiaries of Gol Gohar Mine, supplied its required desulfurization adsorbents from Khwarizmi for several times. By using Khwarizmi desulfurization adsorbents, this complex was able to achieve an impressive record in terms of the replacement time of the desulfurization adsorbents of its Gohar unit.

Khwarizmi sulfur removal adsorbents were replaced after seventeen months of operation in the Gohar unit of this complex. Considering that most of the other samples in this unit are usually replaced after five or six months, the high performance of Khwarizmi desulfurization adsorbents with this operating time indicates high-performance quality. This is unprecedented in the country’s steel plants and has been able to set a new record in the performance of sulfur removal adsorbents.
